Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Edgeflow Consulting Services Private Limited, our services are customized and billed based on client agreements.

  • Payments made for completed consulting services are non-refundable.
  • For prepaid or milestone-based projects, partial refunds may be considered only for unused services and at our sole discretion.
  • Any request for refund or cancellation must be emailed to info@edgeflowconsulting.com within 7 days of payment, along with project reference and reason.
  • No refunds will be issued for delays or issues caused by client-side inaction or change of scope mid-project.
